One child started to choke on a part. The Little Tikes-brand Chit 'n' Chat phone looks like a flip phone and has a 10-key pad, plus three buttons with pictures of animals. The buttons all make sounds. The multi-colored phones have a sticker on the back with model number KSL4010, KSL8032, KSL8033, or KSL8051. They were sold separately and with other products.Toys with a screw visible on the hinge cover are not subject to the recall. They were sold at stores nationwide from June 2006 through March 2008 for about $8 alone or $20 in a set.Consumers should take the phones away from young children and contact Kids Station for a free replacement.
