Paula Abdul To Sell House Where Fan Died
Goodspeed Was Former 'American Idol' Contestant

"American Idol" judge Paula Abdul is moving after a fan and former show contestant apparently killed herself outside her house.Abdul told People magazine she's preparing to put her house on the market and she's looking for another place to live. She said that she has not slept at her home near Los Angeles since Paula Goodspeed was found dead there three weeks ago."I've been staying in different homes and hotels, and I have security with me," Abdul told People.Goodspeed had said she was a big fan of Abdul and had tried out for "American Idol" in the fifth season.Abdul heard the news of Goodspeed's death right as "Idol" was in the middle of Hollywood Week, although producers didn't tell her until taping was done for the day.She told People that it was “devastating to hear" about Goodspeed’s death.
