The Challenger Learning Center is a simulated space mission that uses hands-on, inquiry based activities to engage participants in teamwork, communication, problem-solving and critical thinking.Voyage to Mars In this mission, your group is traveling to Mars to replace a crew of astronauts who have been living there for the past two years. In addition to landing on the Martian surface, the team collects and analyzes geologic samples and launches exploratory probes to the two moons of MarsCost: Member: $7.00/youth (under 18); $12.00/adult Non-member: $10.00/youth (under 18); $15.00/adult (Includes museum admission)Audience: Ages 10 and up. Youth under 16 years old must be accompanied by adult participant. One adult minimum per 5 youth.Pre-registration is required – 206-764-1384.
