The North Bend Mountain Film Festival celebrates its 5th year with an awesome line up of outdoor films. We've got film makers and athletes who will be introducing their films, Banff Film Festival, Reel Rocks Tour, Warren Miller and more! Doors will open at 4:00 on Sundays with films at 5:00. Get there early to enjoy the beer garden and get a great seat! October 7 "Choose Your Adventure" from Powderwhore Productions. Film makers and brothers Jonah and Noah Howell will host the evening with proceeds of the beer garden benefitting the Northwest Weather and Avalanche Center. ($12.00) October 14 "40 Days at Base Camp" At 18,000 feet above sea level and over the course of 40 days last Spring, documentary filmmaker Dianne Whelan immersed herself in the challenging and captivating world of base camp at Mt. Everest. Dianne will be at the Theatre to introduce the film and talk about her experience. ($12.00) October 21 Boardshop 5420 in North Bend is hosting Think Thank Production's 2012 film "Mind the Video Man". ($12.00) October 28 "Further" and "The Dream Factory from Teton Gravity Research (TGR) will be presented as a double feature. Trailers and full descriptions can be found at the Theatre website. ($15.00) November 4 Snowboard Double Feature. "Pretty Wise" from People Films will begin at 5:00 and "Sunny" from Level 1 Productions will follow at 6:30. November 11 "Kyle Miller in person". ProGuiding in North Bend hosts an evening with Kyle Miller. He'll be at the Theatre taking us around the world through adventures we can only imagine! "14 months in the life of Kyle Miller". ($12.00) November 18 "The Reel Rocks Tour" is a series of films guaranteed to leave your hands sweating and your heart racing. ($12.00) December 5,6, {e_description}amp; 7 "The Banff Mountain Film Festival". World class outdoor films not to be missed. Each night will feature different films so choose to come one night or all three. You won't be disappointed! ($17.00 per night or $45.00 for a 3 day pass) Show time will be 7:00 December 8 Warren Miller's "Flow State" will follow the winners of the North Bend Amateur Film Challenge. ($15.00) 10 - 85 USD
