Boot Camp Fitness is an interval workout that mixes cardio with strength training, using mainly your own body weight and may incorporate other fitness equipment. Class will include running, polymeric, military drills, resistance training, abdominal core training, and mat works. Bring a yoga mat, water, running shoes and 5 to 10 lb weights. Drop in fee $10/class.
