Location 749 SE Pioneer Way and 670 SE Pioneer Way Suite 101, Oak Harbor, WA.  Market runs for four weekends, November 23-25, December 1-2, December 7-9 and December 15-16.  Hours are from 10 am- 5pm with the following exceptions.  December 1 is “Holiday Magic on Pioneer” which is the annual tree lighting, arrival of Santa and a caroling and music competition.  The hours are 10 am- 8 pm.  On December 7 the market is open until 7pm to coincide with “First Friday Art Walk and Late Night Shopping”.
