Join us at the Seattle Children's Museum as we explore Diwali through this performance by the Kathak Dance of North India. Seventeen years ago we invited a great teacher from India to come to the NW to teach 13 Kathak students. The original teacher, Prabha Rustagi had passed away. Guru Urmila Nagar accepted our invitation and each year has loyally returned to continue the training opportunities for local students. A number of our students first saw Kathak Dance performed at the Children's Museum and decided to join us!
