Description: The Museum of Flight every year explores the roles of women in aviation and aerospace in conjunction with Women's History Month.Currently, there are two women who are two women confirmed to speak:Dr. Ashley Stroupe, a robotics engineer and Mars Rover driver from JPL, the first woman to drive on Mars.Kavya Manyapu is an aspiring astronaut, presently working as a flight test engineer for the Boeing Commercial Spacecraft, CST-100.Dr. Stroupe has been a Staff Engineer at JPL since December 2003. She works in flight operations for the Mars Exploration Rovers, and also working onMars Science Laboratory. She recently appeared on "Five Years on Mars" on the National Geographic Channel.  Kavya Manyapu is presently working as a flight test engineer for Boeing Commercial Spacecraft, and has worked on space projects including the Orion-Constellation spacecraft, the International Space Station and Delta IV rocket. In 2010, she was selected to be a crew member for an analog Mars Mission organized by Mars Society.
