For a dnation of $25 or more, receive a 4x6 photo and access to all shots on-line. The Puppy Perfectors also has a permanent Doney Clinic donation box for donations of pet store gift cards, pet food (open or sealed) and any unwanted, gently used pet items. $25 donation
