The Scandinavian Wine Hacks will be hosting their most effervescent class to date at Seastar Restaurant and Raw Bar in Bellevue, on Tuesday, December 4th. As always, Erik Liedholm and Lars Rysdall will be pouring wines that are, as The New York Times has exclaimed about all of their classes “… only the gold standard…“ Bubbles will explore the unique qualities that make Champagne so darn tasty. Students will discuss and taste the differences between the legendary Grande Marque houses against the wee wonder “Grower” houses. This dynamic duo promises that attendees can expect, as always, a few surprises thrown in. The featured Champagne includes Jacques Selosse, Pierre Peters, Gaston Chiquet, Camile Saves, Jose Roederer, Cristal, Moet et Chandon, Dom Perignon, Krug, Duval-Leroy and more. The class is priced at $90 per person + tax.
Reservations are required and space is limited. Class begins at 6:30 pm and runs for approximately two hours. There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for a refund.
