Parents, siblings, grandparents, healthcare providers, and childcare providers in regular contact with babies younger than 12 months are urged to get a Tdap shot. Those covered under PEBB, GAIP, or SHIP medical insurance may attend this clinic. No appointment is necessary. Bring your photo ID, health insurance card and a completed Claim form (see link below) so we can bill your plan at no cost to you. If you're unsure whether you've had this vaccine, check with your doctor before receiving it.
