The Competition Swim Class focuses on the four competitive swimming strokes (crawlstroke, back crawl, breaststroke, and butterfly), swimming drills, endurance, interval training, and other competitive swimming skills, including starts and turns.  Students must be at a  Learn-to-Swim Level 6 skill-level in the competitive swimming strokes in order to participate in this class.
