Last year Rick Steves teamed up with the Cascade Symphony Orchestra to record a musical tour visiting seven European countries. As the concert's tour guide, Steves set the context as the CSO, under the direction of Micheal Miropolsky, performed Romantic 19th-century anthems. And then Steves' production team mixed in evocative video images from Rick's public television series archive. This special will debut on public television stations nationwide in January. But Rick Steves and the CSO are extending a special invitation to the KCTS 9 community to join them in person for a high-definition screening at Edmonds Center for the Arts on Monday, January 7, at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are free but limited.
