American Red Cross Lifeguard Training. Participants must be able to swim 300 yards using only front crawl and breaststroke, surface dive to 11 feet and recover 10 pound diving brick. Tread Water for 2 minutes using legs only. Call for questions. Participants must be 15 years of age by 5/6/2013.
