SAM Gallery is the Seattle Art Museum's art sales and rental gallery, offering a large and always-changing selection of original works from a diverse group of Northwest artists. Jody Bento, the SAM Gallery Manager, previews the upcoming exhibition Hybrids and Other Strange Amalgamations, and speaks on the history of the gallery, discovering Seattle's local art scene, and how SAM provides exposure to artists who live and work in our community.Admission is free to members and adults over the age of 62 on the first Friday of every month. For other visitors, this lecture is free with museum admission.
