Authors Reading - Whidbey Life Magazine - Sat Jan 19 at 6:00PM Anchor Books & Coffee, in collaboration with the Clinton Library, is pleased to host Ilse Evelijn Veere Smit and Dorothy Read, who co-authored the memoir of Ilse's young life. "End The Silence" recounts years of internment in a Japanese concentration camp in Java, as well as the years of the Indonesian revolution.
