Many nonprofits are caught in a vise: more demand for their help, yet significantly reduced resources. Continuing to deliver on mission will require tight focus and new approaches — including fuller use of volunteers.  In this Leadership Speaker session, United Way of King County’s President and CEO, Jon Fine, will share why they are making big investments in volunteerism and how he sees effective volunteer engagement as a leadership opportunity for the sector.
