In this hands-on class, we’ll make some delicious homemade recipes that you may not have thought were so easy to make at home! We’ll learn hand-made whole grain dinner rolls and homemade butter; a succulent, perfectly oven-roasted free range organic chicken with yummy pan juices, smashed potatoes with parsnips and cauliflower, honey and hazelnut-roasted Brussels sprouts and a quick, mix-in-the-pan apple-spice crazy cake! You never knew healthy eating could taste so good!
We’ll taste all our handiwork at lunch at the end of the class. Come join us to learn, share and eat a lovely winter meal!
