Choosing to eat vegan is one way to support a sustainable lifestyle and Madeline’s menu is gluten free, colorful and tastes fantastic. Start with and some spiced nuts  and a fresh vegetable juice served as a cocktail. Then sit down to a wilted kale salad and some cooked quinoa topped with seasonal shredded veggies and a fresh garlic cilantro sauce. Dessert is raw cacao coconut macaroons. Learn some of the techniques that makes this style of eating the ultimate healthy lifestyle.
