Location: Washington Park Arboretum, Graham Visitors Center, 2300 Arboretum Drive East, Seattle, WA 98112. Our January tour topic is Ancient Trees. We will look at tree species in the collection that are considered living fossils like the Gingko and the Japanese Umbrella Pine. Visitors will learn about succession of plants on earth and how these few species have survived over millennia.
