This two-hour class covers welding safety, positions, and techniques as well as plasma cutting, safety, and techniques. Shop time for supervised Mig Welding practice and Plasma Cutting practice is also included during the class. Once signed up for the class, just be sure to bring questions you may have and a ready-to-learn attitude! If you already own any related safety equipment you are invited to bring it as well. Please wear cotton work clothes. While learning, you will have the opportunity to choose a project to practice your skills. This can be a steel flower or rose, a form of yard-art using scrap metal, or a personal project of your choice.
