Before computers and modern offset printing, reproducing words on paper required the touch of human hands. Watch two amazing documentaries—"Typeface" and "Linotype: The Film"—tell the story of how technology changed graphic design and publishing in the 19th and 20th century. All proceeds from this event will be donated to the Hamilton Wood Type Museum , to help pay for the relocation of their historic wood type collection and antique letterpresses. After the films, there will be a raffle for prizes including 1 copy of Adobe Creative Cloud, a $500 voucher for a class at SVC, and more!
