Become an informed consumer or do it yourself by learning to assess your needs using Home Retrofit guidelines. Registration is required. Description: Experienced home retrofit contractors and experts will show participants how to assess and retrofit their homes using the City of Seattle's free pre-engineered plans. This information is especially important for people who own homes built before 1980.
