Since leaving the university sector in 2008 Dr Barcham has been growing his Organizational Design and Development firm (www.synexe.com). He also has  a number of other commercial interests which he brings together in his holding company The Hawke Group (www.hawkegroup.com). He continues to write and publish in this area with two books and over twenty articles and book chapters.
