The tour begins at Chocolate Box, where participants enjoy a cup of hot chocolate from Chocolat Vitale, along with a overview of how cacao is grown and lessons on fine chocolate eating etiquette. The chocolate tour continues with a trip to Theo Chocolates in Fremont, where guests learn how chocolate is made and try samples of Theo's bars. Finally, the trip concludes back at Chocolate Box and participants make their own chocolate treats while learning how to temper chocolate and dip confections.
