The High Point Community Center needs 2-3 volunteers to help set up and take down for the the Fabulous Family Fun Series on the 3rd Saturday of each month. This is a great opportunity to give back to the community and enjoy great family shows.
The Not-Its Sept. 15-The Not-Its! sound is unique in the realm of kids’ music: crunchy, rockin’ guitars combined with smooth, four-part harmonies, all nestled within perfectly crafted pop gems that just happen to be about everyday kid stuff (the first day of school, going on vacation).
Magic Family Fun With Louie the Fox
Oct. 20-Louie Foxx’s One-Man Side Show is filled with tons of magic, comedy, cowboy tricks, juggling and more audience interaction than you can shake a stick at! Louie was recently on America’s Got Talent and is a Guinness world record holder. This is a unique show not to be missed!
The Harmonica Pocket “SINGING THANKSGIVING ”
Nov. 17-This interactive 50-minute set gets young and old alike singing American folk tunes including Over the River and Through the Woods, Turkey in the Straw, and She’ll Be Coming ‘Round the Mountain. Audience members are invited to co-create and improvise lyrics on a Harmonica Pocket the original song Give Thanks and sing names of harvest fruits and vegetables on Apple Apple. Dance, fingerplays, a waltz with a pumpkin, and zany skits tie this program up into a thoughtful, playful package.
Reptile Man Dec. 15
Snakes, iguanas, and lizards, oh my! Join us for an hour of fun and learning with the Roving Reptile Man and his band of creatures from around the globe.

Zambuko Marimba Ensemble
Feb. 16, 2013- Zambuko Marimba Ensemble performs traditional and contemporary marimba of Zimbabwe. The music is joyful
to listen to and very conducive for dancing. Zambuko has been performing for five years throughout the
Northwest.
Recess Monkey Mar. 16, 2013-Three elementary school teachers who make kids music that grows out of their days in their classrooms. Enjoy fun entertainment for the entire family.
