Jumpstart at the University of Washington trains college students and community volunteers to read to children and facilitate activities that foster literacy and language development. We are offering a Jumpstart Story Time at the Douglas-Truth Library during the second Monday of every month through June. Children will have the opportunity to hear a story and engage in fun, literacy-based activities. This event is free and open to the public; stories are geared toward ages 3 to 5 but all ages are welcome. Ages: 3 to 5
