How’s Your Proposal Hit Rate?
If It’s Not 100%, You Need To Attend This Program!
AEC firms spend significant time and resources submitting proposals to clients in an effort to get shortlisted and selected for a project. Despite their best efforts, firms lose two out of three proposals, on average. Why? Because clients find that the submittals are non-responsive, don’t address their specific needs, or look and sound the same. How can you make your firm stand out?
This is a chance to learn the key ingredients for a winning proposal from veteran marketer, Carla Thompson, FSMPS, Global Marketing Director for MulvannyG2 Architecture. Carla will present proposal best practices based on 30 years of experience in the AE industry.
Carla Thompson, FSMPS, is a Principal and the Global Marketing Director at MulvannyG2 Architecture where she works with the firm’s leaders to shape corporate strategy. She’s also responsible for brand management, communications, and leadership of a spirited 12-person marketing team. Carla has been involved in the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) for over 30 years, most recently as the Sr. Advisor to the Seattle Chapter Board of Directors and currently as the Fellows Delegate on the National Board of Directors. Thompson has won over a dozen marketing communication awards and presented conference seminars and marketing workshops for SMPS, ACEC, SDA, The Coxe Group, and ZweigWhite, and is widely known for her popular “A/E Marketing 101” seminar series.
