Lace up your sneakers and make a commitment to live healthier by joining the American Heart Association’s annual National Walking Day. Bring your sneakers to work and set aside 30 minutes for a walking break, and invite your co-workers to walk with you.
In Downtown Seattle, join the American Heart Association, local sponsor Union Bank, and other companies for a lunchtime walk beginning at noon. Meet outside the Union Bank branch at 5th and University.
