SEATTLE -- If you're looking for a good Valentine's Day restaurant, a prestigious organization just named the semifinalists for best restaurants in the country. The James Beard Foundation named several Washington chefs and restaurants.Tom Douglas, who owns Dahlia Lounge, Palace Kitchen and several others in Seattle, is a semifinalist for outstanding restaurateur.Tamara Murphy of Brasa in Seattle is a semifinalist for outstanding chef.
