Kick off the Freedom Festival Celebration with our annual Dance in the Park. Bothell favorite Tracy Allen Moore will be performing his tribute to Elvis Presley, 7 - 9:30 p.m. in the Park at Bothell Landing.Bothell Fire & EMS Pancake Breakfast
Stop in and enjoy pancakes at the downtown firehouse 10726 Beardslee Blvd. from 8:30 - 10:30 a.m.Grand Parade: Noon
Enjoy this annual event that has been taking place for over 100 years. The parade starts on Main St. to SR 527 and heads north to NE 188th. See your friends and neighbors re-enact the Battle of Concord at the Park at Bothell Landing. This event began after a Bothell resident visited Concord, MA and noticed how similar the bridge at the Park at Bothell Landing is to the bridge in Concord where one of the first battles of the Revolutionary War was fought. When the resident returned to Bothell he organized other citizens to put on the Re-enactment. Complete with Red-Coats and muskets, this is a must on the Fourth of July. For children up to 12 years old. Bring your bike, wagon, stroller, etc. Decorate them up & go through the parade first. Parents are encour-aged to escort their children through the parade. Parents must meet their children at the end of the route. There is no supervision provided.
