The FBI has crunched the numbers and has found out which US cities are the most dangerous. The crimes looked at - violent crimes, murder, population and income. Some of the cities, like Detroit, are expected to be high on the list, but there are others that are included, or missing, that you'd assume would be there.

Eastern State Penitentiary in Philadelphia, PA is allowing the public to see dozens of never-before-seen artifacts for 10 days only in a "pop-up museum"

  • Barry was an attorney with an office at 17 148th Avenue S.E. in Bellevue. He was a University of Washington law school graduate and a former Navy veteran.
  • Barry was murdered between 6 p.m., Monday, Feb. 7 and 3 a.m. Feb. 8, 1984.
  • Barry told his wife
  • Autopsy reports show Barry was stabbed multiple times, as well as shot. Police tell KIRO Team 7 Investigators, they have evidence that makes them believe more than one killer was inside Barry’s office.
  • The killer or killers took Barry’s wallet and two expensive rings from his fingers. Detectives believe the ransacked office was ‘staged’ to look like a burglary.
  • At the time of his murder, Barry was under investigation by the bar association regarding allegations that he mishandled money during a series of real-estate transactions. Police initially considered this a possible motive for his murder.
  • In 2010, Bellevue cold case detectives became aware of a possible suspect in Barry’s murder, a professional killer and former Seattle police officer named Gary Krueger. Krueger’s DNA matched a different homicide scene, but the modius operandi fit parts of the Barry murder.
  • In March, 2012, Bellevue detective Robert Thompson confirmed to KIRO-TV that they believe Krueger killed Jim Barry. The motive for Barry’s murder appears to be personal revenge.
  • Barry worked as legal counsel for Rainier Bank at the time of his death. Documents show Gary Krueger had defaulted on a $10,000 loan. Barry’s signature was at the bottom of a letter sent to Krueger asking that he repay immediately.
  • A Bellevue detective, and other cold case detectives, recently traveled to Amargosa Valley, Nevada to speak with an old friend of Krueger’s by the name of Tom Grose. They report Grose was uncooperative. Grose’s adult daughter told Team 7 Investigators her father left the area shortly after the police visit.
  • Tigard, Oregon police have named Tom Grose
