911 Tapes Released From Deadly Crane Accident

Frightened Bellevue residents called 911 moments after a large crane crashed into three downtown buildings, killing one man.

Linda Roasrio was in her apartment at the Pinnacle Bell Center when the crane crashed into her building.

911: Emergency police, fire or medical?
Rosario: Everything, there’s just been a collapse of a crane.
911: OK,OK I need you to calm down. Where at though?

Rosario lived on the third floor just below 31-year-old Matt Ammon who was killed before help could arrive.

Rosario: Oh God, yeah I've got broken glass in my apartment.
911: OK what did the crane hit?
Rosario: It hit my apartment on the um, it hit Pinnacle Bell Center.

Rosario unaware of any injuries pleaded with the 911 operator;

911: OK can you tell if anyone is injured?
Rosario: I don't know, all I know is I need to get out of my apartment.

Passing motorists saw the devastating crash and also called 911.

911: What is it?
Caller: A large crane, like, you know the building areas literally fell over and fell into another building.

An investigation is under way to determine why the crane fell.
