Wreckage Of Missing Plane Found

An autopsy could soon confirm whether a pilot missing since May crashed and died in rugged terrain in Eastern Washington.

George Trupp, 53, was a convicted sex offender from Idaho who was about to go to prison when he disappeared.

A hunter found a plane and the decomposing remains of its pilot near Bald Mountain on Wednesday.

The Kittitas County coroner is performing an autopsy to confirm the pilot is Trupp.
