MARYSVILLE, Wash. -- The snow may be done, but there was enough for one family to build snowmen and make snow angels. One of the areas the snow fell the hardest was in the hills just west of Marysville. KIRO 7 Eyewitness News report Bob Branom met with a family west of Marysville who had a lot of fun in the snow."This was not what we expected, it was pretty cool," said Krogstadd. Some might think several inches of heavy snow well into spring would not be so cool, but not Jessica Krogstadd.“I'm from Colorado originally, so this is a normal March for me, but here in Washington it's pretty neat," said Krogstadd.Mom, Jessica, and son, Lucas, spent Saturday morning taking full advantage, building snowmen, having snowball fights, and of course making snow angels."I've been here about four years now and I've never seen it happen this time of year, so this is really cool. I love it, I'm a big kid," said Krogstadd.Marysville residents did report that the neighborhood lost power a couple of times, and cars that couldn't navigate the slippery roads.
