SHORELINE, Wash. -- Firefighters treated a man at the scene of a house fire in Shoreline Thursday afternoon.

A woman came home, saw smoke and called the fire department, firefighters said. It wasn't immediately known what the cause or source of smoke was.

Crews from Seattle were called to help fight the fire at the home in the 14800 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast, but the second alarm was called off.
