AUBURN, Wash. -- A 21-year-old man was stabbed one time under the left arm, said Dave Berg, a spokesman for Valley Regional Fire Authority.

Officials responded to the victim around 8:30 p.m. Friday near the river the end of Fourth Street Southeast in Auburn.

The man was stabbed once and medics transported him to Harborview Medical Center in stable condition.

Police searched for the person who stabbed the victim, but no arrests were made.
