Teens Arrested In Fire, Vandalism At Spanaway Home

TACOMA, Wash. -- Two 15-year-olds have been arrested in connection with a fire and vandalism at a Spanaway home, KIRO 7 Eyewitness News reported.A Crimestoppers tip led authorities to the two boys from Spanaway, officials told reporter Kevin McCarty.The two will be held at Remann Hall in Tacoma on suspicion of arson, vandalism and burglary.Firefighters said gang-style tagging was found throughout the new home that was damaged in a fire ruled as arson.Firefighters from Central Pierce Fire & Rescue responded to the report of a fire in the 4300 block of 200 Street East on Wednesday, finding fire and heavy smoke coming from the rear bedroom of the home that was recently bought. Firefighters were able to quickly get the blaze quickly under control. During the investigation, they discovered gang-related articles and gang-style graffiti throughout the home. The vandals broke into the back entrance of the house, walls were kicked in and some of the graffiti read "juggalo," KIRO reported."Juggalos" are fans of the Michigan-based rap band Insane Clown Posse.
