Prosecutors Say Student 'A Grave Threat' To Community

Prosecutors said a Seattle Central Community College student who is accused of threatening to kill other students is a "grave threat to the community."

In court Thursday, prosecutors said Julio Hernandez said he wanted to come to the college, kill students and then commit suicide like the student at Virginia Tech.

Hernandez' was jailed for investigation of threats to bomb and injure property and felony harassment. His bail was set at $75,000.

The arrest of the 21-year-old by Seattle police on Wednesday was captured on cell phone camera and posted on the Web site YouTube. Students at the college Thursday held a rally protesting the force used by police during Hernandez' arrest.

School president Mildred Ollee said she didn't think police overreacted.
