Teen Sentenced In Rainier Beach High School Rape

SEATTLE, Wash. -- One of two teens accused of sexually assaulting a female classmate in a Rainier Beach High School bathroom pleaded guilty Friday to reduced charges.Diojanique Davis has been sentenced to eight months in jail and a year of probation.A King County Prosecutor's Office official, Ian Goodhew said the 19 year old won't spend any time in jail, though.Davis had been on electronic home detention since his arraignment, and will get credit for time served, Goodhew said.
