Man Jumps Into Water After Ferry Dock Crash

VASHON ISLAND, Wash. -- A man driving a truck crashed into the ferry terminal on Vashon Island then jumped off the dock into Puget Sound Thursday, reported KIRO 7 Eyewitness News.

Video from Chopper 7 showed the wrecked pickup that was hauling a trailer full of junked cars.

The truck caught fire after it crashed.

Deputies said the man was wanted on felony charges.

Rescuers retrieved the man out of the water and emergency crews transported him to Harborview Medical Center.
