All 6 Victims Identified In Fatal Shootings

All six victims killed in a crime spree in Skagit County have been identified as investigators are wrapping up work at a half-dozen crime scenes with two more to go as they collect evidence from Tuesday's rampage.

Authorities said they hoped to have those crime scenes finished by the end of Thursday and that some of the vehicles in the investigation would start to be processed.

The body of Chester Rose, 58, was found with Skagit County Deputy Anne Jackson's body at a home on Bridle Place, the Skagit County Coroner's Office reported.

The coroner's office also said that Mount Vernon resident Greg Gillum, 38, and Clear Lake resident David Radcliffe, 57, were the two construction workers killed in the 19500 block of Silver Creek Drive.

Julie Binschus was found dead in another house in the 19500 block of Silver Creek Drive.

Binschus, 48, was a clerk at the Sedro-Woolley food Pavillion. Binschus' husband Fred, 56, was wounded in the attack but survived after seeking help at a neighbor's house.

Leroy Lange, a 64-year-old man from Methow, was found when law enforcement responded to report of a fatality accident at Mile Post 238 on Interstate 5. Lange's wife, Carla, said Lange had been in visiting their son in Bellingham and was on his way to visit his mother in Mount Vernon when he was shot and his silver Honda CRV veered off the freeway and into a median. The Coroner's Office said Lange died as a result of a single gunshot wound.

Four others were wounded during the rampage. All their names have not yet been released.

Investigators are compiling more information about the suspect, 28-year-old Isaac Zamora of Alger, whose mother described as being "desperately mentally ill."

He has been jailed in Everett since his arrest Tuesday in Mount Vernon. He has a long criminal record and history of mental illness.

Family and friends says Zamora had been admitted several times to hospitals for mental health treatment and has attempted suicide.

He has been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.

Zamora has a record of 50 court cases, including driving on a suspended license, drug possession, malicious mischief and theft.

He was released from jail a month ago after serving six months for cocaine possession.

In a news conference on Thursday morning, investigators said five of the victims' bodies would be transported to the Snohomish County Coroner's Office where they could be better handled. The sixth body, LeRoy Lange, already had undergone an autopsy in Skagit County.

The Alger Community Church will hold a candlelight vigil Friday at 8 p.m.

The church is located just off Old Highway 99 at a quarter mile north of the intersection of Lake Samish Road and Old Highway 99 North.
