KING COUNTY, Wash. -- A man is recovering after being shot in the head in Skyway Sunday afternoon, reported KIRO 7 Eyewitness News.

Police said they received 911 calls from people who reported that someone had been shot outside the Hillview Apartment complex at South 129th Street and 60th Lane South at about 1:30 p.m.

The victim's girlfriend said she witnessed the shooting.

Police said there are three persons of interest in the case.

Investigators said the shooting may have been the result of a robbery.

The man who was shot was transported to Harborview Medical Center.

No arrests have been made in the case.
