BURLINGTON, Wash. -- Thousands of people are expected to attend Tuesday's memorial service for the Skagit County sheriff's deputy killed in last Tuesday's crime spree.Gov. Christine Gregoire will speak during the memorial for Deputy Anne Jackson, 40, who was one of six people killed in a shooting rampage in the Alger area.At least 5,000 people are expected to attend the event at 2 p.m. at Burlington-Edison High School's football field in Burlington.Washington State Patrol trooper Keith Leary said a large contingent from the State Patrol will attend, including members of its Olympia headquarters and its regional districts.Isaac Zamora, 28, is being held on $5 million bail on suspicion of murder and attempted murder.
