SEATTLE -- Some of the Cascades have changed color as several inches of snow has fallen at Stevens Pass with snow forecasted over the next several days.Snow wasn't expected to reach the 4,000 foot level, KIRO 7 reporter Chris Legeros, said Wednesday that there are four inches of snow on the ground at the base of the ski area and five or six inches at the top. With temperatures near freezing, the snow is sticking around."It's not unusual for us to get this snow early, but it's unusual for us to get this much," said Chris Rudolph, an employee at Stevens Pass.
