LACEY, Wash. -- Two boys, 12 and 14 years old, are accused of raping a teenage girl after they lured her to a Lacey apartment, said Rick Peters, Thurston County deputy prosecutor.According to court documents, the two boys confessed to forcibly raping a 13-year-old girl after they convinced her to come to a Lacey apartment complex to watch a move."It's just sad, disgusting and makes you wonder where the parents are at," said Lacey resident Trisha Conner."She was physically forced, based on the information we have, to do the things that she did," Peters said.Peters said as a father he finds these allegations involving such young children very disturbing."If it's proven to be true, it's certainly horrific, and parents everywhere it's their worst nightmare," Peters said. The boys were both locked up and being held on $10,000 bail. The 14-year-old has posted bail, but is required to stay on electronic home monitoring. The 12-year-old remains in custody. Both boys could spend one to two years in juvenile detention if convicted.
