Tree Traps Track Hoe Operator In Lake Forest Park

LAKE FOREST PARK, Wash. -- A track hoe operator was trapped after a 50-foot tree fell down in Lake Forest Park.Chopper 7 over the scene showed a dozen firefighters trying to get the person at about 3 p.m. Wednesday.Firefighters used chainsaws to cut the tree into pieces so they could lift it off of the track hoe and free the trapped operator. As sections were cut, firefighters used ropes to hoist them away.
