Power Restored For Thousands In Seattle

SEATTLE -- Seattle City Light restored power to thousands of customers in Seattle that stretched from South Lake Union to Magnolia by Fort Lawton.Boundaries:
North: Ship Canal
South: Republican Street
East - Aurora Avenue
West - Fort Lawton
The outage affected about 3,600 customers including homes and businesses. A tree had fallen onto power lines near Thondyke Ave West and West Emerson Street, causing the outage.Crews restored power around 8 o'clock Monday night.Another smaller outage is also being reported in North Seattle, affecting nearly 200 customers.Boundaries:
North – Northwest 205th Street
South – Northwest 195th
East - 12th Avenue West
West - 15th Avenue West
A downed tree is causing this outage and crews hope to have power restored by 8 p.m.
