Man Falls 3 Stories From UW Frat Window

SEATTLE -- A fraternity member fell three stories from the window of a frat house near the University of Washington late Thursday night, police said.He was sitting in the window when he fell at about 11:30 p.m. from the house in the 4500 block of 18th Avenue Northeast.Seattle police said he apparently was impaired and lost his balance.He was taken to Harborview Medical Center with serious injuries.
