Police in Snohomish County say a woman's body was pulled out of Lake Stevens last Saturday afternoon. The body was located still in the boat, located 50 feet down.

The body was located Saturday afternoon by recovery crews using Seattle Police sonar equipment.

The Snohomish County Sheriff's Office says the boat's nine passengers had reached the shore by the time emergency personnel arrived Saturday night but the driver was not among them.

The identities of the passengers and the driver have not been released.

Authorities suspended the search for the women until Sunday morning. The incident is being investigated by the sheriff's office.

Witnesses say the boat was a 20-foot ski boat.
